Happy Birthday America! I hope this year is a good one.

I haven't posted in a while ... basically because there hasn't been anything noteworthy to report.

The only thing that I have really done recently is to read the latest Harry Potter story -- "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix".

It's a great story, if you are looking for a good book to read. I don't want to spoil it for anybody, but the ending was kind of harsh -- something bad happens to one of my favorite characters. Grumble. Although, the ending was left open, I hope that the situation with the character resolves itself in the next book.

Even still, I can now see what all of the buzz was about, and I ended up purchasing the other four books in the series. I haven't read any of the others, so it will be sort of interesting to find out all of the events leading up to the fifth installment.

Also, "Cellphone Dick" has a brand new phone -- it has this loud, annoying, polyphonic ring-tone that keeps me from getting any sleep on the rapid in the morning. I can't be sure, but I think that he has been cloned because nomatter which rapid I catch, there he is.
